Extractor Fan Cleaning ServiceAccording to the law & most insurance policy’s you are required to degrease your extraction system 6 monthly in line with the SABS Code: 1850:2012. For larger institutions it may be necessary to clean every 3 months.

What will our service cover?We will clean the entire kitchen canopy extraction system in accordance with the standards set out in SANS 1850:2012.
CanopyThe canopy’s (hoods) are cleaned completely using our specialized chemicals. The grease traps & canopy gutters are cleaned.
Extractor FiltersAll filters are removed & cleaned on site by hand ensuring all outlets are unblocked.
Duct CleaningGrease is removed from the vertical & horizontal duct.
